Sun Bathing Spots in Los Angeles May 25

Los Angeles is a great city that is surrounded by beaches. Zuma Beach in Malibu is one of the best sun bathing spots in Los Angeles with a beautiful view of the ocean, mild temperatures, and sunlight that is ideal for sun worshippers. Zuma Beach is also famous for its long and wide stretches of sand and is excellent for surfing. Zuma also has one of the cleanest waters in Los Angeles County.

Another small but famous beach is Malibu’s Paradise Cove Beach. This beautiful spot has been the location for several television programs and movies including Baywatch. Apart from sun bathing, you can catch up with some good food at Paradise Cove. One beach that is really crowded in summer is Santa Monica Beach. If you are looking for lots of amusement then this is the place to be with Pacific Park, an amusement park in the area.

For a romantic getaway, there is no beach like El Matador Beach. Take a romantic stroll along the clear waters and explore the sea caves. Off season, you will have plenty of room to stroll alone with your partner. You ought to head to Redondo Beach for a weekend getaway or Manhattan Beach if you want to see the best in beach volleyball.

The Paradise that is a Tropical Island May 18

What makes a tropical island so much different than a beach on the coast? Well, there are a lot of things that set the two apart. First of all, coastal beaches are connected to the mainland and they lose their tropical appeal once you travel inland just a few miles. One minute you are on the beach and the next minute you are driving through a bustling metropolis. When you are on a tropical island, even traveling into the city can still carry the essence of the island. In other words, even the cities are tropical.

A tropical island has a certain essence about itself. For instance, the water usually appears very blue. It also looks very clean. The entire island is filled with palm trees, lots of sand, and incredible resorts. The resorts themselves continue carrying the tropical appeal. You don’t feel like you’ve left the island the moment you walk through the resort doors.

Activities

The activities that are offered by tropical island beaches are many. Families, couples, groups, and individuals can enjoy a number of activities that range from simply sunbathing to going parasailing or going fishing. You may also want to enjoy some shows that may occur, such as concerts. Nature activities such as hiking are also common because many tropical islands have the deep forests that exist upon them. Many times, the beach, the resorts, and the small communities that surround the resorts are part of a bigger picture. In the middle of the island is a tropical forest full of wildlife, trees you will not find many places around the world, and natural springs that sustain life within the island.

Some islands offer bicycling, the opportunity to lounge on a remote beach, and surf lessons. For volcanic islands, there are hiking tours of volcanoes. You can look down into the mouth of volcano to see what it is like. There are lava fields, such as those on the Hawaiian Islands, and so much more.

Food

You will need to try the cuisine on the tropical island that you have decided to visit. You will have the opportunity to try foods that you have never eaten before. Some of the foods revolve around seafood since the island is surrounded by ocean. Any island environment tends to benefit economically from the many fisheries bringing in fish that are unique to the area and, although fish of one kind may be served around the world, it may be prepared differently.

Add food to the exceptional scenery and all of the activities that you can do and you have a tropical island paradise that you will never want to leave.
